These lovingly handcrafted templates are a fast way to get your site up and running. Each comes with an expandable php framework that you can modify to create your site (don't worry, it's not too hard), and can support as many pages as you need. Purchasing a template yields full rights for use on as many sites as desired, so long as the 'designed by' link at the bottom of the page. As well, by purchasing a template non-uniquely you agree to switch templates in the event of a unique purchase.

You can choose to purchase rights for use, in which case you recieve a copy of the site with a 'designed by' link at the bottom the only string attached. If you like, you can also buy exclusive rights to the design, which carries the following bonuses and caveats:

• No 'designed by' link. The site/design is completely yours for all intents and purposes.
• The template (including variants) will be removed from this site. If the template is being used by others, they will be notified and I will give them their choice of another template, free.
• Since I have to give everyone a new template, the cost of exclusivity rises as more people use it.

Instructions for setup are included with your purchase. However, less savvy users may still need my services to set up their template, which will be an hour or two of work ($30 per hour is my going rate). If you purchase exclusive rights, however, you are given 5 hours of credit for me to construct, add content to, and maintain your site.
